Due to the custom nature of the products we sell, we do not have a return policy, unless the product you received is NOT the product you ordered.
If you received a product you did not order and want either a refund or the product you did order, contact us immediately via our customer service page.
To this day, we have never been notified of an order mess up, but we wanted to cover this, just in case.
